What better way to learn French than in Paris, the city of artists, fashion and chic! Here are 10 good reasons to come to France to study the language of Molière with Etoile Institut
Located in the 7th arrondissement, in the heart of the popular Saint-Germain-des-Prés district, in the middle of a beautiful, flowered courtyard, the school offers its students a calm and historic setting. After classes, students can enjoy the atmosphere of this chic neighborhood with its cafés, bakeries, and restaurants where the artistic “Tout Paris” meets.
Since 2010, all our French courses have been awarded the French as a Foreign Language Quality Label with 5 stars in the following categories: courses, teaching/teachers, reception/accompaniment, premises, security/equipment and management. Our courses are also Qualiopi certified in the field of professional training.
The school offers different general French programs that include the passing of an official French exam. Le Certifiant program includes the TCF (Test de connaissance du français) All Public exam at the end of the program. This official French certification may be required for applications to university programs, for example. Le Diplômant program includes the DELF/DALF test depending on the profile. This French diploma is valid for life and can also be requested for university applications.
Etoile Institut is a center approved by France Education International and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Paris Ile-de-France region (CCI Paris Ile-de-France). Registered for the TCF (Test de connaissance du français), TEF (Test d’évaluation du français), DFP (Diplômes de français professionnel) and Ev@lang, our students can receive a certification that officially recognizes their level of French (compulsory for example to enter the French university system or complete professional training).
Our center advocates an innovative methodological and pedagogical approach. The French courses, entirely designed and taught by our teachers (materials, activities, authentic documents, videos…) meet the needs and level of each student. The choice of not using any specific methods allows our teachers to continuously adapt the lessons to the needs of the students, for a personalized and thorough learning.
Every year since 1971, we have welcomed nearly 1,000 students from over 60 different countries! Whether for personal enrichment, preparation for higher education or integration into the professional world, the entire Etoile Institut team accompanies its students in the success of their projects.
The school’s students particularly appreciate the family atmosphere of the school. The classes have no more than 14 students per class, which allows the teachers to have a personalized follow-up with each student. The administrative team is always there to support and accompany students upon their arrival at the school.
Each year at Etoile Institut, we are delighted to welcome our students from all over the world. With over 60 nationalities represented, our students live in an international environment where the common language is French. Intercultural interactions are a richness shared within the school and in the classroom for an unforgettable and eclectic experience open to the world.
To ensure that our students’ stays are successful in every way, we offer a complete range of accommodation. Whether in a host family (from bed and breakfast to full board) for total linguistic immersion, in a student residence to be autonomous but surrounded by other international students, or in a studio for total autonomy, we assist our students in organizing their accommodation in Paris.
